We can begin after payment and once you have supplied enough information to research the request. See the service terms for cancellation information.
What if nothing suitable is found?
We will tell you rather than pad the shortlist with unsuitable choices, and explain the closest alternatives we found.
Can you search for something unusual?
Yes. Tell us exactly what you want. We can include UK and, where sensible, international options, but we will flag delivery or compliance risks rather than hide them.
Do you sell the item afterwards?
Some items may later become AT THE CODE Home products. For the sourcing service, the shortlist can also include external retailers or suppliers where appropriate.
