Launch list privacy

Your details stay for the purpose you gave them.

This notice explains the information collected through the AT THE CODE Home launch list. It is written for the preview site and should be updated with the final business contact details before a full commercial launch.

What we collect

When you join the launch list, we collect the name and email address you submit, the date and time of signup, and a record that you agreed to receive launch emails.

Why we use it

The information is used to send AT THE CODE Home launch updates, including news about verified furniture listings and the opening of the store.

Legal basis

The launch list is based on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time. A working unsubscribe route and final contact address should be added before the first marketing email is sent.

How long we keep it

Launch-list information should be deleted when it is no longer needed for the launch purpose, when you withdraw consent, or in line with the final retention policy adopted for the business.

Who receives it

The preview build stores signups in the site’s configured Cloudflare database. If an email provider is connected later, the privacy notice should be updated to name that provider and explain any relevant international transfers.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object or complain in some circumstances.

Before full launch

The site owner should add the business or data-controller name, a contact email or address, the final retention period, the unsubscribe process, and details of any analytics, payment, delivery or email providers that are introduced.
