Personal Home Sourcing
Launch price: £9.99 for one focused home-item sourcing request.
What the service includes
For one request, AT THE CODE Home will research suitable home products based on the information you provide and aim to email 3–5 checked options within 24 hours once enough information is available to begin. The shortlist may include current price, delivery information, supplier or retailer information, review patterns where available, and practical notes relevant to your request.
What the fee does not include
The £9.99 fee is for research and sourcing only. It does not buy furniture or any other physical product, does not include installation, and does not guarantee that any third-party product remains in stock or at the same price after the shortlist is sent.
Your information
Please provide accurate details including the type of item, budget, approximate size or room limits, style preferences and UK postcode where relevant. If key details are missing, the 24-hour target begins once enough information has been supplied to carry out the search sensibly.
Availability and third-party sellers
Third-party prices, stock, delivery times, warranties and terms can change without notice. AT THE CODE Home checks information available at the time of research but does not control third-party retailers or suppliers. Customers should review the final seller terms before buying any recommended product.
Cancellations
You may ask to cancel before research work has begun. If you ask us to start the service immediately and we have already started carrying out the sourcing work, any cancellation or refund will take into account the work already performed, as permitted by applicable UK consumer law. If the service has been fully performed after your express request to begin, cancellation rights may no longer apply where the law allows.
If we cannot find suitable options
We will not knowingly fill the shortlist with unsuitable products just to reach a number. If we cannot find 3 suitable options within the stated budget or constraints, we will explain what we found and provide the closest reasonable alternatives or suggest what constraint may need to change.
No guarantee of the absolute lowest price
The service aims to identify good-value, suitable and lower-risk options. It is not a guarantee that no cheaper listing exists elsewhere on the internet.
