What customers should know.
Can I buy products today?
The store is in its supplier-onboarding stage. Checkout will be enabled only for products that have completed the launch checks.
Will you sell only sofas?
No. The opening plan covers living room, bedroom, storage, lighting, dining and selected kitchen/home appliances.
Will delivery be free?
Delivery will be stated on each live listing. We will not describe delivery as free unless the supplier terms confirm it for that product and destination.
What about electrical items?
Electrical lighting and appliances will launch later than non-electrical home items while we complete the extra UK product, warranty and recycling checks.
